Quick Bites: Baked Acorn Squash
INGREDIENTS
1 acorn squash
2-3 sprigs of thyme
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Olive oil
salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Cut acorn squash in half, remove all seeds and set aside
Once all the seeds have been removed, cut into half moons
In a bowl, mix in seasonings, olive oil and squash
Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
pro tip: broil the squash for 2-3 minutes for get a crunchy outside
